These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Kraft Wines website. By placing an order with Kraft Wines Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Kraft Wines Ltd is an independent UK wine retailer specialising in wines from Central and Eastern Europe. We sell alcohol online only and operate in accordance with UK licensing requirements. Alcohol must not be sold to anyone under the age of 18 in England and Wales, and licensed sellers are expected to operate an age-verification policy.
1. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from Kraft Wines.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:
you are at least 18 years old;
the person receiving the delivery is at least 18 years old;
you understand that valid photo ID may be required at the point of delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we believe it has been placed by, or is intended for, someone under the age of 18.
2. Orders

5. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, subject to courier availability and any delivery restrictions shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather disruption, strikes, customs checks, incorrect delivery details or failed age verification.
6. Alcohol Delivery and Age Verification
All deliveries containing alcohol must be received by a person aged 18 or over.
The delivery company may require the recipient to provide valid photographic identification to prove their age. Acceptable forms of ID may include a passport, photocard driving licence, PASS-approved proof-of-age card, or another form of ID accepted by the courier.
We operate a strict responsible-delivery policy:
alcohol orders must not be left in a safe place;
alcohol orders must not be left unattended;
alcohol orders must not be left with anyone under 18;
alcohol orders may require a signature on delivery;
the courier may refuse delivery if valid proof of age cannot be provided.
By placing an order, you agree that the recipient must be available to accept the delivery in person and provide proof of age if requested.
If delivery fails because no adult is available, valid ID is not provided, or the courier believes the recipient is under 18, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we may deduct reasonable delivery, return or re-delivery charges from any refund.
7. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Address Details
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us because of failed delivery, refusal of delivery, lack of age verification, or incorrect address details, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If any item arrives damaged, faulty or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged product where possible.
We may offer a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Please do not dispose of damaged items or packaging until we have confirmed the next steps, as the courier may require evidence for investigation.
9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
For online purchases, consumers generally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, and then a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying the retailer.
To cancel an order, please contact us by email with your order number.
Returned products must be:
unopened;
unused;
in their original packaging where possible;
in a resaleable condition;
securely packaged for return.
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the products are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process any refund due using the original payment method. We may deduct an amount if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Delivery charges may not be refunded where an order has already been dispatched, except where required by law or where the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We may be unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, damaged after delivery, stored incorrectly, or are no longer in resaleable condition, unless they are faulty.

11. Storage of Wine After Delivery
Once delivered, wine should be stored responsibly and appropriately.
We recommend storing wine away from direct sunlight, heat, vibration and strong odours. Sparkling wines and delicate wines should be handled with care.
We are not responsible for deterioration caused by incorrect storage after delivery.
12. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes or special offers.
Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including minimum spend, expiry dates, product exclusions or one-use-per-customer limits.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
13. Website Use
