Savrie is the signature white blend from the acclaimed organic producer Vinařství Nepraš, combining the aromatic intensity of Sauvignon Blanc with the elegance and structure of Riesling. The name itself is derived from the two grape varieties – SAuvignon and RIEsling – creating a distinctive cuvée that has become a favourite among followers of the winery. The 2023 vintage is a 50:50 blend sourced from the prestigious Stará Hora and U Božích Muk vineyard sites in Pavlov, at the heart of the Mikulov wine region.

Pale straw-yellow in colour, the wine offers an expressive bouquet of citrus blossom, gooseberry, white peach and fresh lime. On the palate, vibrant Riesling acidity is beautifully balanced by the aromatic lift and fruit purity of Sauvignon Blanc. Flavours of grapefruit, green apple and ripe stone fruits unfold with remarkable freshness, leading to a crisp, mineral finish.

Produced from organically grown grapes and crafted with minimal intervention, this dry white wine is both approachable and sophisticated. Its bright character and lower alcohol level make it an ideal aperitif, while its freshness pairs effortlessly with seafood, grilled fish, summer salads, goat's cheese and light poultry dishes.
