Sauvignon Blanc is celebrated for its lively aromatics and refreshing character, and this elegant expression from Tajna Vineyards showcases the variety at its purest.

The grapes were harvested selectively over several passes to capture the perfect balance of ripeness, freshness and aromatic intensity. After gentle pressing and clarification, the must was fermented with selected yeasts before spending several months ageing on fine lees, creating a wine with vibrant fruit, refreshing acidity and a beautifully rounded texture.

Pale yellow with delicate green reflections, the nose bursts with aromas of ripe nectarine, yellow gooseberry and fresh citrus, complemented by subtle floral notes. The palate is crisp, juicy and wonderfully balanced, revealing layers of passion fruit, peach and lime, all lifted by vibrant acidity and a clean, refreshing finish that invites another sip.

Elegant without being overly herbaceous, this is a Sauvignon Blanc that focuses on ripe fruit, purity and freshness—perfect for relaxed summer evenings or sharing around the table.
