Nestled beneath the limestone slopes of the Pálava hills, this historic area is not only renowned for its wines, but also for its deep cultural heritage—home to the world-famous Venus of Dolní Věstonice and significant Roman archaeological discoveries in Pavlov region that trace winemaking roots back to ancient times.

The wine opens with a refined aromatic profile of gooseberry, blackcurrant, and fresh citrus, layered with delicate herbal notes. On the palate, it is precise and vibrant, with beautifully integrated acidity and a pronounced mineral backbone reflecting the limestone-rich terroir.
