Cuvée Secret Reserva 2021 is a premium dry red wine from TAJNA, crafted from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a small touch of Dunaj. The 2021 vintage brings freshness, structure and excellent ageing potential, while careful oak maturation adds elegance and depth.

The aroma is gently sweet-toned, with ripe dark berry fruit and refined notes of wood. On the palate, it is full-bodied, smooth and polished, showing black fruit, well-integrated oak and a lively acidity that supports its long finish and future development.

Serve slightly cool at 15–17 °C in a Bordeaux-style glass. Decanting before serving is recommended. An excellent match for flank steak, venison ragù, cured ham, smoked meats and mature hard cheeses.
