Crafted from hand-harvested Chardonnay grown in the Sari vineyard in Slovakia's Nitra wine region, this wine is matured for 12 months in French oak barriques, with one-third of the barrels being new. The result is a beautifully textured Chardonnay where vibrant fruit and carefully judged oak work in perfect harmony.

Deep golden in colour, the bouquet opens with aromas of mandarin peel and ripe orchard fruit, followed by elegant notes of vanilla, toasted brioche and delicate oak spice. The palate is rich and generous, revealing layers of buttery brioche, toasted bread and creamy vanilla, all lifted by vibrant acidity and a remarkably long, refined finish. Every sip reveals another layer of complexity without ever losing balance.
